This spoleto franchise should be closed. There was no grated cheese, the bolognese sauce was pure water and there was no minced meat, undercooked pasta. They completely deviated from the spoleto quality standard.

Horrible! First time I went to a Spoleto with this level of ambiance and meal. Hot place with an unpleasant smell, tables and trays with the smell of "dirty sink cloth", the cutlery filthy and full of grease, the dishes stinking with marks that were dried with a dirty cloth. And worst of all, the attendants in filthy clothes, stirring and talking over the ingredients without gloves or a mask, all the while wiping their foreheads with the arm and hand they are making the meals 🤢, lots of dirty dishes and pans in above the counter, not to mention the color of their workbench and stoves. Totally unhealthy place to sell serving meals! And as the icing on the cake, a boy appeared from inside the kitchen in a filthy uniform, without a mask, without a cap, without gloves and in Hawaiian sandals. It is unfortunate that a brand like Spoleto has a restaurant at this level. I'm never coming back.
